Terms and Conditions – onex99 Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and onex99 ("we", "us", "the platform") and apply to all use of the onex99 website and mobile application, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and support services.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and onex99.

By registering an account or continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms, you are agreeing to be bound by the most recent version. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking back periodically.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use onex99, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. onex99 is strictly an adult platform. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

onex99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This is standard practice and helps protect both the platform and its players from fraud. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3. Account Rules

One account per person. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on onex99. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all linked accounts being closed and balances voided.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed. Do not share your login credentials with anyone else.

Account balances in PKR are held for the exclusive use of the registered account holder. Balances are not transferable to other accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the standard withdrawal process.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on onex99 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no conversion fees applied to deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are supported:

• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank deposits

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. onex99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for larger amounts or accounts that have not previously completed verification.

Processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) typically process within a few hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. onex99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Any deposit made to onex99 that cannot be matched to a valid player account will be held pending investigation and may be returned to the originating payment method.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

onex99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, cricket betting boosts, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. The specific requirement (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on each promotion page. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
• Bonuses expire if not used or wagered within the stated timeframe. Expired bonus funds are removed from accounts automatically.

• onex99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bets placed before a promotion is withdrawn remain valid under the original terms.

6. Gameplay & Betting

onex99 offers slots, live casino games, table games, sports betting (including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, and esports), and other gaming products. The following rules apply across all game types:

• All bets are final once confirmed. onex99 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed bet except in cases where a clear technical error has occurred on the platform's side.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round or bet, the outcome will be determined by the game server's records. onex99 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market. These are displayed within each game or betting interface.
• For sports betting, onex99 reserves the right to void markets where an event is abandoned, postponed, or where there is clear evidence of match manipulation. Cricket markets for PSL and international fixtures follow standard sports betting settlement rules.
• onex99 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all slot and table game outcomes. These are independently verified by the game providers and are not manipulated by the platform.

Any winnings resulting from a genuine technical malfunction or software error will be voided. onex99 will notify affected players and any deposits involved in the malfunctioning round will be refunded.

7. Fair Play Policy

onex99 takes fair play seriously. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any program that interacts with the platform on your behalf
• Collusion with other players in poker, live casino, or any other game type
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for financial gain
• Chip dumping or any form of match-fixing in player-vs-player games
• Placing bets on both sides of a market using multiple accounts to guarantee a profit ("arbing" across accounts)
• Any form of fraud, including chargebacks on deposits that have been used for betting

If onex99 suspects a player of engaging in any of the above, the account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is carried out. During this time, deposits and withdrawals will be held. onex99's decision following an investigation is final.

8. Privacy & Data

onex99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to this data being used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and communication about your account and promotions.

onex99 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and game technology partners as necessary to operate the platform.

You may request a copy of the personal data held about you, or request deletion of your account data, by contacting support. Note that certain data may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance purposes even after account closure.

9. Responsible Gaming

onex99 is committed to providing a gaming environment that remains safe and enjoyable. Gaming should always be treated as entertainment with a set budget — not as a way to make money or recover losses.

The following tools are available to all registered players:

10. Suspension & Account Closure

onex99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• These Terms have been breached by the account holder
• The account holder has provided false registration information
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account
• A chargeback has been initiated against a deposit
• The account holder has been identified as a minor
• We are required to do so for legal or compliance reasons

If your account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any remaining bonus balance will be voided. Real-money balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In cases of confirmed fraud, real-money balances may also be withheld pending investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account can do so by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method before closure.

11. Limitation of Liability

onex99 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform available and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, onex99 is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues outside our control
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind arising from use of the platform
• Losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

onex99 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account or via a platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
